This policy explains how orders from Evercore Labs LLC are shipped, and the terms that apply to returns and refunds.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed within one to two business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Shipping Method
Orders are sent via tracked courier. Because lyophilized reference material is stable at ambient temperature for short transit periods, standard tracked shipping preserves the product well.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your tracking has not updated or your parcel appears lost, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Returns
Because these are research reference materials, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To start a claim, email support@evercorelabsllc.com with your order number and photographs within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
Approved refunds or replacements are issued to the original payment method once the claim is reviewed. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the error was ours.
